We laid down about 5 minutes later than scheduled, adjusted alarm for 20 mins after than (2:55 am)
Locked dogs outside bedroom.
Did not fall asleep.
Ate before next nap:
- a few more bites of watermelon upon waking,
- then some hot (decaffeinated) tea a bit later
- Peanut butter on celery
I'll need practice toggling the lights around the house; I'm not used to being up while its dark for so long and wish to conserve energy.
Even though I have stopped using caffeine for several days, I can detect the beginning of a very slight headache, not-unlike withdrawal symptoms.
I'm experiencing a certain amount of urgency to simply get things done, I think perhaps because these early morning naps are only a few ours away from each other.
I have created the following Google calendar containing our current schedule: https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=od1ikvf1438gmvkpokn4o501kc%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=Pacific/Honolulu
I added health and weight as a sensor for tracking, then created a form/survey to recording data values easier. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1GjU3_0SzKFJgHmv2rP-OZz9HLr2Nod1I9cEbuXdd3Gw/viewform
Here is the spreadsheet that is generated from the forms: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjIVZe6VtT4mdF9nbVFzbkEyQkJCWDZPV0hQOThkOUE&usp=sharing
